GENERAL CONDITIONS

Queries and availability requests sent through the website or by email are not binding either on you or on Agriturismo Humile.

A reservation becomes binding for Agriturismo Humile only upon receipt of the credit card details required to pre-authorize the reservation amount. This operation confirms the validity of the reservation without charging the card directly. Payment will be processed at check-out and documented with a fiscal receipt.

The reservation may be automatically cancelled if no payment or credit card details are received within five days.

All prices displayed include VAT.

By paying the deposit or providing credit card details, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and legally accepted these booking conditions, including the cancellation policy.

INFORMATION

Minimum stay: 2 nights.

Arrival (Check-in): rooms are available from 3:00 pm and check-in must take place no later than 8:00 pm. Luggage may be left earlier if required.

Departure (Check-out): rooms must be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY

No penalty will be applied for cancellations made 15 days or more before the arrival date.

For cancellations made between 14 days and the arrival date, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.

In the event of early departure, late arrival, or no-show, Agriturismo Humile reserves the right to charge the full amount of the booked stay.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment of the full amount, or any outstanding balance, must be made at check-out by debit card, credit card (Visa/Mastercard), or cash.

In accordance with Italian law, cash payments exceeding €1,000 cannot be accepted.

CITY TAX

The tourist tax established by the Municipal Council of Chianciano Terme (Municipal Council Resolution No. 23 of 27 April 2012) is levied, as provided by national legislation, to support tourism-related services and initiatives.

The tax is charged per person, per night, for a maximum of seven consecutive nights, and must be collected by accommodation providers.

For 3-sunflower agritourism properties, the tax is €1.60 per person per night.

The tourist tax is not included in the accommodation rate and will be added to the final bill. It will be documented with a separate receipt.

PETS

Pets are not permitted in the rooms, apartments, or common areas of Agriturismo Humile.

The presence of pets that have not been authorized in advance may result in refusal of accommodation and the application of the cancellation terms and conditions in force.

JURISDICTION

Any dispute arising from the interpretation, execution, or conclusion of the booking contract governed by these Terms and Conditions shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Siena, Italy.
