Processing of personal data
This page describes the methods used by this website regarding the processing of personal data of those who visit it. It is an Information Note pursuant to Art. 13 of L.D. 196 dated June 30th 2003 – Personal Data Protection Code. The Information Note only covers the “Agriturismo Humile” website and does not cover any other websites which users may consult by clicking links.
Upon consulting this website, personal data may be processed relative to identified or identifiable persons. The Data Controller is “Agriturismo Humile” with registered office in Strada della Chiana, 39 – 53042 Chianciano Terme (SI), in the person of its legal representative.
Data Processing location
The processing of web services related data will take place at the above indicated registered office and will only be handled by technical personnel authorised to process data, or by any persons appointed to perform occasional maintenance operations.
The personal data supplied by users who send requests for information material by filling in the relative forms, will be used with the sole purpose to provide the requested service or information and are not communicated to third parties.
